Gene Sparling

I make sculpture, bowls, jewelry and other things which highlight the natural beauty of wood.  Each piece is handcrafted, one at a time, by me in my shop in the Ouachita Mountains of western Arkansas.  I strive to give each piece the time and effort it requires, refining the form and finish to eliminate scratches and tool marks, allowing the natural grain and texture of the wood to show through.  I hope you will find the results worthwhile.  Your comments and purchases are appreciated, inquiries are welcome.     Gene Sparling
